Frannie Zwang NC LMBT #1721

For over  25 years Frannie has been doing what she loves: helping her clients to relax and find pain relief. After graduating from the Carolina School of Massage Therapy in 1995, she concentrated on sports massage and had the opportunity to work with the UNC track team, the NC State wrestling team and WCW wrestlers. At that time she also joined the staff at the Duke Fitness Center, a particularly rewarding experience that has allowed her to share the benefits of massage therapy with a diverse group of clients, including those on weight loss regimens or fitness programs tailored to a variety of medical conditions. Frannie enjoys and appreciates the opportunity to work with clients of all ages from all over the triangle.

Frannie is trained and experienced in a variety of modalities including: Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Pregnancy, and Aromatherapy She is dedicated to helping others with her knowledge, technique and nurturing demeanor. Frannie is a Licensed Massage and BodyWork Therapist in the state of North Carolina and is Board Certified.

Sheila Master  NC LMBT #3664

After completing an apprenticeship in a Holistic Health Center, Sheila decided to continue her study of the body and massage therapy at The Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy, where she graduated in 2000. Throughout her 20 years of practice, she has worked with Acupuncturists, Physical Therapists and Chiropractors to help people manage acute and chronic pain. In addition to being proficient in Swedish and Neuromuscular massage, Sheila has continued her education with studies in prenatal massage, cupping, and lymphatic drainage.

In 2013, Sheila graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in International Studies. Her extensive massage training combined with her study of anthropology uniquely inform Sheila’s approach to wellness. She sees tremendous value in the practice of being engaged in one’s healthcare, a theme she repeatedly encountered in her research of indigenous medical systems. As a result, she encourages her clients to actively participate in and be curious about their own health and healing.
